CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BOOTCAMP/KICKBOXING: A popular class that mixes bodyweight exercises and calisthenics with cardio and strength training.
CORE CONDITIONING: Focus on building a strong core using bodyweight and equipment to tone your midsection!
CROSS TRAINING: This class combines a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while adding resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles.
FIT CAMP: A combo of exercises designed to target problem-areas that are hard to tone! Workout at different stations that will push you past your comfort zone to get those results you want!
SPARTAN TRAINING: Spartan’s fitness utilizes every part of the body and psyche to prepare you for the obstacle you’ll face not only on the course, but in life! Not planning on doing a race? No sweat! Spartan Training is great for anyone wanting to become more athletic, or find a new way to train to mix up the same routine!
SPINNING: A non-impact cardio workout on stationary bikes. You’ll tackle hills, sprints and more during this fun cardio class!
YOGA: Balance and peacefulness result from attention to breath as we move through physical “asana” yoga practice. You will learn basic poses and practice balance, while centering your mind and body.
